This project is being copied from my personal cookbook that I use at home. (Mine started by printing pages, putting each page in its own protective sleeves, then putting them in a blue three ring binder.) That means each recipe is what I make for my family of four. So, you can figure that each dish will serve two adults and two school-aged kids. Some of the dishes will have leftovers, some will not. Dishes baked in a 12” skillet could also be made in a 13 x 9 pan so you can expect they will make the same number of servings you would get out of any dish that size. The potato mushroom soup will likely have the most leftovers.
