This is so sweet and so good I often eat most of it before I serve it.


INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 large head Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces.

DIRECTIONS:

Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat a 12” skillet or 14” pizza pan with avocado oil.

Chop the cauliflower into desired bite-sized pieces. Pour oil and salt over the cauliflower. Bake for twenty minutes, then stir. Stir every 10 minutes afterwards until the cauliflower reaches your desired color of brown. Usually 40 to 60 minutes. Do not let burn.
