This is a quick dinner as long as I have some fresh ginger in the house.


SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups Water
1/2 cup Tamari
1/3 cup Macadamia Oil or Pressed Coconut Oil
1-1 1/2 Tbsp fresh Ginger, sliced
3-4 cloves Garlic

Vegetables:
1 pound frozen Broccoli Florets
7-8 ounces Mushrooms (White or Shiitake)
Substitute your favorite vegetables

DIRECTIONS:

Place sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until the garlic and ginger are well ground. Pour sauce into a skillet. Add vegetables and simmer until veggies are desired tenderness.

Serve over quinoa.
